Products & Pricing
We carry sneakers, streetwear, vintage clothing, and collectibles — much of it single-unit or pre-owned. We do our best to describe and photograph every item accurately, but slight variations in color or condition can occur. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; we're not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at checkout. If an item you ordered sells out or is otherwise unavailable, we'll contact you and issue a refund for that item.
Returns & Refunds

Shipping
We ship to the addresses provided at checkout. Once an order leaves our hands and is with the carrier, we aren't responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit, though we'll help however we can to sort out a problem.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including the Kickback Collective, Carsons Kicks, and Heart & Soul Vintage names, logos, and product photography — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kickback Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
